Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

As a business, we understand the frustration that a return can have on a customer.  As a result we take all measures to minimize returns by testing and carefully inspecting all parts in our inventory. Furthermore, we strive to make sure all our listings have all the information necessary for a customer to make a correct choice. Unfortunatley we understand that since we are dealing with used parts, there may be times when a return is unavoidable.  It is during these times that we pledge to make the return process go smoothly by maintaining  lines of communication open and working together to resolve whatever issue arises.

We offer customers either a full refund or replacement: 

If full refund is the option customer wants to go with, we will request that the defective item be shipped back to us within 7-business days.  Once we receive item, we will retest it.  If we discover that the returned item is in fact in good working condition, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.  However, if returned item is in fact defective, we will issue full refund.  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If replacement is option, we will request that the defective item be shipped back to us within 7-business days.  We will ship replacement within 1-2 business days.


We take great pride in our handling time.  Once order is received, it is packaged and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed on the next business day.  


Shipping Fee only applies to shipments within the Continental US.  Shipments destined for International Addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must first contact us for shipping quote.

Here is how we determine how each package will be shipped and which carrier will be used:

On packages less than 1lb, First-Class Mail via the USPS will be used and arrival time can range from 3-5 business days depending on your location.  For items over 1lbs, we will choose either Priority Mail (2-3 days estimate arrival) or Parcel Post (5-7 days estimate arrival).  Another option that we often use is FedEx Ground.  Once the purchase process has been completed, buyer will be issued a tracking # which will provide the name of the carrier and allow buyer to track package.
