What Type of Payment Options are Available:
Here are the two payment options that you can choose from:
* Credit/Debit or Paypal: This option gives buyers the option to pay via Paypal account or with their own Major Credit Card or Debit Card. When you choose this option, you will be redirected to Paypals Payment Page. Here, you can either enter your email if you have an account or scroll to the bottom and click "Dont have a payment account?." Fill in your personal information and Credit/Debit information to complete transaction.
*Credit Card: Another payment option that allows buyers to pay using a major credit card or debit through an independent merchant processor.

Is local pickup avaliable?
YES! We are located in Fullerton Ca. Give us a call at 714-640-7865 and we can arrange a pickup.
Part I need is not in your store inventory, can I request special order?
Yes. We are updating our inventory with a larger variety of used OEM parts daily, So if you can't find what you are looking for, contact us to start search process.
Can I complete the purchase of an item via website and arragne to pick up directly from your location at a later date?
Yes, you can purchase item(s) from our website and arrange pick up from our physical location. Customers are encouraged to notify us via email or phone right after purchase stating that local pick up will take place. Customers will have to pick up item within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends an holidays.
Do I need to create a new account to complete purchase?
You don't have to creat a 'new account'. Once you've added items to shopping cart and ready to enter payment information, you can proceed to check out as a 'guest' and follow prompts to complete transaction. However, creating an account by selecting a username and password will allow you check the status of your order, view order updates and check out faster on your next purchase.
Do you offer warranty of parts sold?
We offer warranty on many of our parts such as transmission, engines and electrical items. Feel free to contact us to obtain warranty specifics.
Can I make payment with my debit card?
Yes, you can use your debit card as a form of payment, however, it must have the Visa or Master Card logo
Which shipping carries will be used when shipping my item?
The carrier that is chosen to deliver our items depend on many factors. For example, any item that weights less than 13oz will be shipped out via USPS First-Class with an estimat deliver of 2-5 business days depending on destination. Larger items will be shipped out either via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority with an estimate arrival of 2-6 business days.
Does your inventory include large parts such as Hoods, Fenders, Doors, etc.
Yes, our inventory includes exterior parts such as hoods, fenders, doors and many other exterior body parts. Contact us directly and we can provide availability and pricing. We can also deliver these larger parts within 50 miles of 92831.
Whats the difference between OEM and Aftermarket?
Great question. Depending on who you ask, many answers are available. However, let us give you our simplest answer. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacture which means that the company that manufactured the bmw, also manufactured the parts. This is important to know because OEM parts are build with better material and most importantly fit properly to your car. Aftermarket parts are mass produced by independent companies, mostly in china, and lack quality material and will not fit perfectly to your car. A true bimmer enthusiast only uses OEM parts.
What are the benefits of buying used oem parts vs. new oem parts?
Deciding wether to go new our used is a personal and financial choice. If you have the money and resources then new would be the way to go. One major benefit of buying used parts is more money in your pocket considering that new parts are sometimes 3x more expensive. It allows you to maintain your restroration or repair costs low. If your bmw model is more than 8 years old, then purchasing used oem parts makes more sense since parts are not hard to find.
