In the rare instance where customer is not satisfy with product, we will offer full refund or provide exchange. We ask that buyer contact us within 3 days via email after receiving item to resolve any issues. Buyer will NOT be responsible for fees associated with returned shipping if item received is defective or broken. A 15% restocking fee will apply on orders purchased by mistake or if item is not needed any more.
