If part has damage, we will post pictures along with brief description so that buyer can make a choice to purchase or not. In the rare instance where customer is not satisfy with product, we will offer full refund or provide exchange. We ask that buyer contact us within 3 days via email after receiving item to resolve any issues. Buyer will NOT be responsible for fees associated with returned shipping if item received is defective or broken. A 15% restocking fee will apply on orders purchased by mistake or if item is not needed any more.
